4P WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

At 4P, we stand behind the quality and performance of our pickleball paddles. Please read our warranty and return policies below to ensure a smooth experience.

WARRANTY POLICY

Our paddles come with a 60 day limited structural warranty covering manufacturer defects and workmanship issues.

  • Coverage: The 60 day warranty includes core material defects, structural deformation, and delamination.

  • Eligibility: To qualify, you must register your paddle upon purchase. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase.

  • Inspection on Arrival: All paddles are inspected before shipping. If you notice any factory defects upon arrival, please provide photographic evidence to 4P prior to use.

  • Warranty Determination: 4P reserves the right to determine if a paddle qualifies for replacement under warranty. If approved, a replacement will be issued within 10 business days of inspection.

  • Authorized Retail Partners: For paddles purchased from authorized retail partners, proof of purchase and purchase date are required.

  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear, including grip, edge guard, and face materials.

    • Use in temperatures below 40°F (5°C).

    • Any post-purchase modifications.

    • Fading of graphics and wear on face materials.

    • Damage from hitting objects other than pickleballs.

    • Paddles purchased second-hand, won as prizes, or purchased outside authorized dealers.

    • Paddles used in commercial or rental applications.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 30 calendar days from the purchase date to return an item, subject to the conditions below.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns or exchanges.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Within 7 Days: Receive a full refund for paddles in like-new condition with original packaging. Paddles with visible signs of use may incur a minimum 20% processing fee.

    • After 7 Days, Up to 30 Days: Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Paddles must be in lightly used or like-new condition. Damaged paddles, as defined below, will not be accepted.

  • Definition of Damaged: Returns with removed or stained grips, scuffs, cracks, scratches, dents, or signs of heavy use are considered damaged. 4P reserves the right to deny refund requests based on paddle condition.

  • Damaged Returns: If returned paddles are deemed damaged, they will not qualify for a refund. You may opt to have the paddle returned to you at your expense.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

To make a warranty claim, please email returns@4ppickleball.com with a short video clearly showing the defect, along with your proof of purchase. We will respond within 1 week and process approved claims within 1-2 weeks. Approved replacement paddles are shipped weekly.
